Every successful club needs a plan.
The Club Success Plan in Toastmasters includes all elements necessary to achieve the club’s goals – what, how, who, and when. In advance, we determine what should be done, when, how it will be accomplished, and who is responsible for it. Having such a plan makes achieving success much more manageable. Club Success Plan is established each as per current officers’ team goals. Below, we would like to share our ambitions and the plan for 2022-2023.
